WHO ARE WE?
Umjikelo is a 100% Black Women Owned Proudly South African company
Brenda Kganyago is the founding member of Umjikelo Recruitment Services. She holds a HR Management and Training qualification from Varsity College.
Brenda comes with marketing and recruitment experience based on her sound knowledge and over 8 years experience in the Banking and Asset Finance industry at management level and is paramount in the business development role within Umjikelo.
Brenda’s strength is her “under promise and over deliver” attitude therefore ensuring that our Service Level Agreements are constantly met and over exceeded according to all standards and measures.
Growing Umjikelo to becoming an indomitable force in the industry is her key focus.
Lungi Kganyago has 12 years of banking experience from some of the largest banks in SA. She credits her time at Investec for her love of non-standard transactions and out-of-the box thinking.
During her tenure as Head: Personal Cards at Diners Club SA she honed her leadership skills in getting every stakeholder to be concerned with profit and loss on a daily basis as if running their own business. She has a Bachelor of Science from Wits and a Master of Business Leadership from UNISA.
