Our client is looking for a dynamic individual to become part of their team.
The HR Manager supports the Head of Human Resources with the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource function mainly at Head Office but also on Site. Main areas of responsibility are:
- Recruitment and Selection
- Training and Development
- Industrial Relations
- Expatriate Management
- Facilities Management
Tools/facilities/skills required:
- Degree in Human Resources preferably with a post graduate diploma in one of the key areas of responsibility
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience on a middle management level in a similar environment
- Meticulous and pro-active
- Approachable with excellent communication skills
- Very good planning and organisational skills
- Good team worker, who enjoys working in an international environment
- High level of personal integrity
- Strategic thinker

Site Manager

Our client is looking for a dynamic individual to become part of their team.
Our successful Site Manager will be responsible for:
- All construction activities on site
- Co-ordination and managing of Site staff
- Execution of the per Cost, quality and time scheduling
- Monitoring of erection sub-contractors
Tools/facilities/skills required:
- Mechanical Engineer
- Experience in power plant construction
- Management skills
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Driver's licence
- Flexible with regards to working hours
